Episode Eight
Eight shows already. How about that? This show brings us closer to the finals as another rookie is sent home. I've been watching the votes as they've poured in and it's certainly been very interesting. It's another big show on the cards as we hope to get some closure on some big rivalries.
We start off with Adam Atlas and Brand going one on one. Atlas has a new look and attitude and a lot of momentum right now after defeating his pro. There was a slight setback at the past "On Tour" show where his team lost to Sergei Pashutin and Symon Demyan. In his mind, perhaps Atlas will be placing all the blame of that loss on Brand as it has been a common pattern (at least in his mind) that his losses so far can be blamed on other people. If he loses to Brand tonight (who I am sure would love to beat a titan) then maybe Atlas will have no one to blame but himself.
Symon Demyan managed to get a win at the last show against Makarov of The Red Alliance, however some bad luck returned when he was attacked by the tag team after the match. Luckily, Sergei made the save. This time round, Sergei and Symon join forces again to take on The Red Alliance. As a team, The Red Alliance are not to be taken lightly. Given their opinions on Sergei and Symon they will do whatever they can to make sure they are the last men standing.
I will be providing updates on the Deltron Zero and El Beardy situation. That is all I'm saying right now.
We recently uncovered Pepsiman as the man behind all these Pepsi crates turning up at NOW. I am inviting Pepsiman to participate at this upcoming show, taking on one of our top rookies, Cipher. Maybe we'll also come to understand WHY THE MENACE HAS BEEN DOING ALL THIS CRATE STUFF. Excuse me. Let's move on.
Gavin Gamble has been antagonizing Ronald Gibson for quite some time. From trash talking, formal complaints and shenanigans involving his bodyguard. Gavin Gamble might be in charge of one of the biggest federations in AES, but in NOW he follows my rules. I say it's time that Ronald Gibson finally get his hands on Gamble, with no Harvey Lotts or Sergei Pashutin to distract him. Whilst Sergei hasn't done anything wrong against Ronald, I am covering all possibilities.
Action Jackson and Marshall Stax were rookies back in MWAT Hot Prospects, one went on to be the biggest names in AES, whilst the other disappeared. Marshall Stax has his own views on the situation, however it's time to finally find out who is the better man out of the two. I can think of no better place than to have this match than New Origin Wrestling, the return of the Pro and Rookie concept.
More unfinished business, this time with CNW! Trent Kekoa and Juan Cortes go one on one. Cortes got a bit involved in Kekoa's match against Shogo Mido (even though Juan claims his actions were innocent) at the last show and Trent wants a bit of payback. Plus we get to see the CNW match that never happened. Remember, this is a NON-TITLE MATCH. I do not have the authority to make it a title match, however we will at least get some closure on this rivalry.
Estramir Mastern has told me he has "plans" for this show. That's all he's told me. A Zenith Pro Wrestling Championship celebration maybe? I have no idea. All I know is that Estramir Mastern is reserving time on this show for himself.
In our main event, Stephen Archfield takes on Shogo Mido. These two have had problems with each other for a while and as their pros have their own problems with each other, I see no better time than for these two to go one on one! Will Shogo Mido get what's coming to him, or will Shogo Mido still find a way to overcome a powerhouse who he has pissed off A LOT over the months? Anything can happen.
The show closes with our second elimination. Everyone has their favourites, but one still must go. After what people called the "surprising" elimination of Buttz McKenzie, no one is safe. Except Sergei. Because he won immunity.
Yeah.
Enjoy the show!
