We're back. After the extremely successful first episode of Zenith Pro Wrestling, the second one has been highly anticipated - and it's under two weeks away. We've got many more big matches in store, and a lot of things you will not want to miss. So don't miss it! Tune in on May 13th as we take one step closer to ZPW's Carpe Diem!
Featuring...
- Not much is known about Grover Tatum or Dan Brown, but on the first episode of ZPW, they had an encounter that led to Grover challenging Brown to a match, which was accepted. Dan Brown has shown to have no respect for the elderly, not even his own grandfather, and Grover Tatum took exception to that, being rather old himself. Brown is young and hungry, while Grover has a bit more experience, which of the two will make the impact needed?
- In ZPW's first ever match, Sharknado Boy shocked the world as he pulled a huge upset win out of nowhere after rolling up Holt Haven, but unlike Holt Haven, Chris O'Derick knows what to expect from Sharknado. He won't stop to speak after the bell has already rung, and he certainly won't leave himself open to a quick defeat. So with a tough competitor like O'Derick in an actual, does Sharknado Boy really stand a chance?
- Four women, one title shot on the line, one match. We have Thora Vinter, who has shown to be able to take things to the extreme and also be tough as nails, the metal barbarian princess is certainly one of the favorites to go far in ZPW. Arceus, a goddess who hasn't been able to prove herself in AES due to lack of opportunity finally gets her chance to really break through the glass ceiling. Then Nastalie Tarr, the high queen, who is quite the dark horse of the match, who knows who she slept with to get this opportunity anyway? These three women all have to worry about each other as it is, but that leaves the fourth woman, who is a mystery. ZPW's first show had a few mystery opponents, all of which were surprise debuts...will this be another one? Will the mystery give the fourth woman the advantage she needs to get the win? Who will get the title shot for the match at Carpe Diem?
- It was announced on ZPW #1 that the main event for ZPW's first pay-per-view would be an Elimination Chamber for the ZPW World Championship. Both Derrick Brizen and Estramir Mastern have managed to qualify for said match, getting themselves the chance to taste world championship gold. However, they still have four more opponents left to join them, and six men have been granted the opportunity to be one of those four men. Kat$u Yamada, Cole Scorpio, Jordan Larsson, @ZappKanon, Skyler Altus and the debuting Jeremy Dupoe. Dupoe is known for his work in CNW and SAPW, Kat$u has impressed the majority of the ZPW viewers with his talent. Cole Scorpio and Larsson showed on the last episode that there's some tension and bad blood between them, meaning they could be going right after each other in this match. Skyler Altus has only had the chance to speak, and this will be his in-ring debut with ZPW. @ZappKanon owns twitter or something I think.
- Nobody really knows just who Puakoa really is, but rumours say that she's a brute in the ring and is eager to destroy anyone who stands between her and her goals...kind of something you hear a lot about people in this business, but she may just be the real deal. However, she won't be against any pushover, as she'll be stepping into the ring with a woman who got a win on the first episode of ZPW: Jade Andersen. Jade managed to defeat three other women to make her mark, and now looks to add a fourth to the list. This should be an interesting battle of strength vs. speed, but which will prevail?
- GSB competitor Andrew Adonis didn't manage to win the surprise battle royal on the last episode of ZPW, but he's stated he'll be competing in an MMA rules match on this episode of ZPW, where the only way to win is by knockout or submission. Depending on who his opponent is, he may or may not have a huge advantage, but it will be interesting to see what Adonis can do under his terms.
- Everyone in AES knows the stable by the name of Class Inc, but with only two members and the fact they're teaming with a newcomer like KSY, does this put them at a bit of a disadvantage? Regardless, they're against the strange trio of Metta World War, Perseus Watson and the debuting Jacob McDonald, the three of which have a very huge opportunity to prove themselves to the world considering who they're up against. It will not be an easy battle, as Super Plexington is a man who is very rarely defeated, Richie Stevens is the TFIAH World champion and very highly a regarded athlete and KSY has shown he could one day be a top dog in ZPW with his sheer talent. Whichever team wins this elimination match, it's going to be chaotic.
- Miguel Mesias made a mistake as to just who Amsel Von Kaiser really was on the first episode of ZPW, but it seems he's sticking by his challenge and getting ready to step in to the ring with "AVK". To Miguel, Amsel is "Von Kaiser" from Punchout, at least that's what we gather from whatever gibberish he was speaking. Confused as to the whole situation, Amsel doesn't really seem to care, as it's going to be his in-ring debut and chance to make a big impact. He has the look, he talks the talk, he has the power behind him - but does he have what it really takes to defeat Miguel? Or will he suffer the same fate as Von Kaiser from Punchout?
