Mother of god, what's happening around here lately? We're all still feeling the after-effects of what happened at World Long Gone but despite all that, the show must go on. While the future here in Kerfuffle! may be uncertain for John Wilkinson, one thing is for certain - @ZappKanon remains our champion and is looking to move on from Rey Columpio. But before we focus on that, let's have a look at some of our other matches, shall we?
Times have been rough for Dirk Derek and Anthony Canon. While Dirk has fought valiantly, he's found himself on the receiving end of multiple defeats and hasn't recorded a victory in TDW for an entire year now while Anthony Canon continues his winless run, extending it when he lost to the debuting Rohan Khanda at Episode 7. A losing streak will have to give as the two clash at Episode 8, so will Dirk finally change the channel on his losing streak or will Canon finally have a reason to party?
Wolfie Blair may be looking to try his hand in some top tier debates but if there's one thing that's top tier, it's his sheer brutality in the ring. Wolfie's been on a roll since making his début at Super Kerfuffle! and has yet to taste defeat but he will face some stiff competition as he takes on Travis Cassidy. Travis has been equally impressive since coming to TDW, even thought he lost in his last outing to Richard Fountain. Can The Runaway disrupt Wolfie's winning streak or does Wolfie have another victory in his sights?
Rohan Khanda got off to a dream start as he dominated Anthony Canon in his début at Episode 7 but now he faces a different kind of challenge, as he teams up with the latest TDW débutante - Isis Spade. Isis has been experiencing a resurgence in her career in recent months and here she is in TDW to further showcase her talents. But the going will be tough for these two as they must take on The AES Cops, in what will be their first tag team appearance in TDW. Will the Cops take Isis and Rohan DOWN. TOWN. to pain town or do Rohan and the Gucci Goddess have a victory on lock-down?
@ZappKanon must be on cloud nine after his impressive title defence against Rey Columpio at World Long Gone and it's hard to blame him. The Hashtagging Slasher has been in phenomenal form since his initial set-back in the Introductory Rumble over a year ago, his one defeat since coming in a DQ loss to Dorado at Episode 6. While the gold isn't on the line, #TM07 will be facing a considerable challenge as he takes on Albert Del Tynesyde. The Geordie has yet to record a win in TDW but his considerable size has proven to make him a sizeable challenge for those who have faced him so far. Can the champion continue to assert his dominance or will Albert feast on a greasy takeaway of victory?
It's now time to move over to the more personal matches. Dorado's time in Kerfuffle! has been golden but his upward momentum was halted by a jealous and angry Panther Mask II, as the latter screwed The Golden Boy out of the TDW Super Smash Championship at Episode 6. The two will clash tonight to settle their differences and it's going to be one hell of a showdown, with both men in fine form. Will Dorado get a measure of payback or will Panther Mask pounce on the opportunity to rise above The Golden Boy?
And now, for our main event. Richard Fountain seems quite keen to make Gabriel White's life a living hell, having targeted the Scene Sensation over some personal gripes. Gabriel will finally get the chance to fight back against the Man Mountain as the two go into the main event where they are sure to let all of their bitter hatred for the other out. Will the Scene Sensation be able to withstand Fountain's onslaught and stand victorious at the end of the night? Or will Richard continue his reign of destruction by decimating Gabriel?
